Easyadd™ Ltd is a trusted UK fulfilment and logistics company established in 2015, with full 3PL operations since 2020.

From that foundation, we’ve built a next-day, white-glove delivery network for businesses across Somerset, Avon and Gloucestershire — ensuring your essential supplies are delivered inside your premises, not left at the door.

We currently serve business customers throughout:

Somerset, Avon & Gloucestershire.

Eligible postcodes include (but are not limited to):

BS,TA and GL1–GL20.

If your business is nearby or on our route, please contact us — our team will do their best to assist.

Delivery Times

Standard delivery within 24 hours of order confirmation.

We operate daily van routes with early-morning and evening shifts, ensuring all orders are fulfilled within 24 hours whenever possible.

If your premises are closed outside of standard working hours, delivery will take place the following business day.

There are no fixed cut-off times — your order is always scheduled for the next available route.

White-Glove Service

Every Easyadd™ delivery includes:

  • Placement inside your premises — office, warehouse, canteen, site or storeroom.
  • Neat stacking of goods where you need them.
  • Removal of outer packaging if requested (no general waste removal).

To ensure safety and efficiency, please provide:

  • Clear access for parking/loading.
  • Any details about stairs, lifts, or restricted areas.
  • A responsible person on site to receive and sign for the goods.

For unusually heavy or large deliveries, a second person or surcharge may apply — confirmed prior to dispatch.

Delivery Fees & Minimum Orders

  • Free delivery on orders over £100 (ex VAT).

  • £19.90 delivery fee (ex VAT) on orders under £100.
  • All prices shown are exclusive of VAT; 20% VAT is added at checkout.

    Some products are VAT-free where applicable.

Payments

You can pay via:

  • Online card payment (Visa, Mastercard, Amex, Apple Pay, Google Pay).
  • PayPal.
  • Cash or Card on Delivery (COD) for local orders — larger orders may require advance payment.

Invoices are automatically issued for each completed order; individual item VAT invoices are not provided.

Order Changes & Cancellations

  • Before dispatch: We’ll gladly amend or cancel if the order hasn’t left our warehouse.

  • After dispatch: Changes may not be possible; redelivery or restocking fees may apply if the site cannot receive.

Shortages, Damages & Returns (B2B)

Please inspect goods on arrival.

Report shortages or damages within 24 hours with photos and your order number — we’ll replace or credit promptly.
Returns are accepted for unopened, saleable items only (e.g. drinks, hygiene products, paper goods).

A restocking fee may apply.

Change-of-mind returns are discretionary.

As a B2B service, consumer distance-selling rules do not apply.

Substitutions & Stock Availability

If a listed item is temporarily unavailable, we may:


  • Offer a like-for-like substitute (same brand/size where possible), or

  • Suggest an equivalent replacement for your approval.

    If neither option suits, we’ll remove the item and refund it.

Proof of Delivery

For traceability, Easyadd™ drivers may capture a photo or signature at the point of delivery as proof of completion.

Delays & Force Majeure

While we aim to deliver within 24 hours, delays may occur due to severe weather, road closures, traffic incidents, or other circumstances beyond our control.

In such cases, we’ll notify you immediately and reschedule the delivery at no extra charge.

Easyadd™ Ltd shall not be liable for non-performance caused by factors outside our reasonable control, including but not limited to:

accidents, strikes, supplier issues, or utility failures.
