The Easyadd Story: From Stock Under My Bed to Running a UK 3PL
Most e-commerce "gurus" talk about scaling to seven figures from a beach in Bali. They don’t talk about the reality of tripping over boxes in your hallway at 2:00 AM or the smell of packing tape that never quite leaves your clothes.
My name is Martin Dimitrov, and I founded Easyadd Ltd. Our story isn't a corporate fairy tale, it's a story of grit, observation, and a fair amount of stock being stored under my bed.
If you are a high-volume seller today, you probably feel the weight of logistics every single hour. You worry about dispatch metrics, Amazon performance notifications, and whether your 3PL actually cares if your stock arrives in one piece. I know that feeling because I’ve been in your shoes. I built Easyadd to be the partner I wish I’d had when I was starting out.
2015: The Secret Masterclass in Logistics
In 2015, I was an eBay seller by night and an Sainsbury's HGV driver by day. Living and working in London, I spent my working hours behind the wheel of a heavy goods vehicle, delivering trailers to some of the largest warehouses in the country.
While most drivers spent their downtime in the cab playing Sudoku or scrolling through their phones, I watched. I watched how the yard marshals managed the flow. I studied the precision, or lack thereof, in how trailers were tipped. I noticed the bottlenecks where efficiency died and the small, clever hacks that kept the best operations moving.
I didn't know it then, but those long hours at warehouse bays were my unofficial Master’s degree in logistics. I was learning the skeletal structure of British supply chains from the ground up.

The "Warehouse" Under My Bed
Two years into my journey, I discovered Amazon FBA. It was a total game-changer. Suddenly, I didn't have to pack every single order myself, but the "Goods-In" process was still a nightmare. My home had become a staging ground.
At one point, my inventory was so extensive that I was literally storing stock under my bed. Every square inch of my living space was categorised. If you sat on my sofa, you were probably sitting on top of a box of FNSKU-labelled electronics.
This is the reality for many growing brands. You scale until the walls of your home or your small unit start to close in. You realise that to grow, you need a partner who understands that every box isn't just "stock", it's your capital, your reputation, and your brand's future.
2020: The Year the World, and My Career, Reset
By early 2020, I felt a shift coming. I decided to relocate from the chaos of London to the coast at Weston-super-Mare. I moved just as the first COVID-19 lockdown hit the UK.
Suddenly, the world stopped. I found myself in a new town, unemployed, with the entire economy under lock and key. It was a terrifying time, but it was also the catalyst for what Easyadd would become.
The Phone Call That Changed Everything
It started with a single phone call from a friend in Bulgaria. He was an Amazon seller whose inbound stock had been rejected by an FBA warehouse. Amazon wouldn't hold it, and sending it all the way back to China would have been a financial disaster.
"Martin," he said, "can I use your address for the return? I just need somewhere safe to send it instead of losing the stock."
I said yes. Then he asked if I could relabel the items with new FNSKU labels and send them back into Amazon. He offered to pay me for the service.
I did the work. I did it precisely, quickly, and with the care of someone who knew exactly how much those labels mattered for his account health. Word spread fast in the Bulgarian e-commerce community. My phone started ringing. Sellers weren't looking for a "corporate 3PL": they were looking for someone they could trust to fix their problems.
The Modular House and the "No-Theatre" Approach
As the demand grew, I didn't just hire people; I built a system. During the height of the pandemic, I turned my house into a series of "work modules." Friends joined me to help, but to stay safe, we worked in separate stations. We were a distributed warehouse within a single home.
This period cemented our "no-theatre" ethos. We didn't have fancy client portals or automated bots answering emails. We had direct communication, transparency, and a relentless focus on getting the job done right.
✅ No hidden fees.
✅ No automated gatekeepers.
✅ Direct access to the people handling your stock.
Milestone: The First Pallet
I still remember a sunny Tuesday morning when a massive pallet arrived at my door. It wasn't just a few boxes anymore; it was a shipment from a major brand, referred to us by a European fulfilment centre that had heard of our reliability.
That pallet felt like a transition. It was the moment Easyadd moved from a "favour for friends" to a professional operation. That original pallet is still in my office today. It serves as a daily reminder of where we started and the responsibility we have to every seller who trusts us with their inventory.

Scaling Up: The First Big Problem
Growth always brings new challenges. When a customer contacted us wanting to ship a full 40ft container, I knew my 5-bedroom house: as modular as I’d made it: had finally met its match.
I needed a professional space that matched our high standards. This led to our partnership with Container Team. They provided the infrastructure we needed to scale without losing the personal touch that defined us. We are still working together today, combining massive storage capacity with our agile, "seller-first" management style.
Why Easyadd is Different
We aren't a legacy logistics company trying to learn e-commerce. We are e-commerce sellers who built a logistics company. And we're still selling every day — on Amazon and eBay — which means we understand today's marketplace realities, not yesterday's.
When you work with us, you aren't just a number in a database. We understand the Amazon FBA requirements because we’ve lived them. We know the pain of a courier delay or a mislabelled SKU.
Our core services include:
- Goods-In & Inspection: We verify your stock the moment it arrives.
- Precise Pick & Pack: High-accuracy operations for D2C brands.
- Expert Amazon FBA Prep: FNSKU labelling, polybagging, and carton standards.
- Returns Management: Turning your returns back into sellable inventory.
Our pricing is transparent, and our communication is direct. We focus on brands that handle 500+ orders monthly because that is where we can add the most value: protecting your metrics while you focus on scaling your marketing.

The Road Ahead
From a bedroom in London to a dedicated facility in the South West, our mission remains the same: to provide the most reliable, "no-nonsense" fulfilment service in the UK.
If you are tired of corporate indifference and need a partner who cares as much about your dispatch metrics as you do, let's talk. We’ve been where you are, and we know exactly how to help you get to the next level.
