Hi, I'm Martin.

Founder of Easyadd Ltd.

I started this company in 2015 as a regular eBay seller. No warehouse. No team. Just me, a small operation, and a day job driving HGVs in London.

That HGV job taught me more about logistics than any textbook could. While other drivers played Sudoku waiting for their trailers to be tipped, I watched. I studied how the biggest warehouses in the country operated. Why someone did something one way instead of another.

Every single minute I spent observing became the foundation of how Easyadd runs today.

Two years in, I discovered Amazon FBA. Suddenly I didn't have to pack every single order myself. As an ordinary seller with a warehouse under his bed, that was a game-changer.

2020 — The Year Everything Changed

By January 2020, I felt the wind shifting. COVID-19 was heading west. I decided to relocate from London to Weston-super-Mare.

Then 12th March hit. My father's birthday — and the first UK lockdown.

Finding a job was nearly impossible the moment I said I was from London. Nobody knew what was happening. I was stuck at home, unemployed, with no clear direction.

And then my phone rang.

A friend from Bulgaria called. Amazon had rejected his inbound stock, and he asked if he could use my address for the return — instead of sending it all the way back to China. I said yes. Then he asked if I could label his FNSKU labels. He'd pay me.

As an unemployed guy sitting at home, I said yes again.

I did the labels. Sent the stock to Amazon. And somehow, word spread through the Bulgarian e-commerce community that I was doing fulfilment services. People started calling. Recommending me to others.

I turned my house into modules — separate workstations so my friends and I could work while staying apart during the pandemic. We were processing orders without even seeing each other.

The First Pallet

I'll never forget that sunny Tuesday morning. After weeks of small boxes, a pallet arrived from a major brand, referred by a European fulfilment centre.

That pallet is still in my office today. It sits there as a reminder of where this all started.

The First Big Problem

A customer called and said they wanted to ship a full container of stock. A five-bedroom house wasn't going to cut it.

So I found my current partners — Container Team — and we've been working together ever since.

Everything else since then has been experience. Mistakes. Lessons. Improvements.

Today, Easyadd is a small, tight-knit team that keeps solving real problems for online sellers. We are not a corporate 3PL with layers of management and call centres. We are a family-run operation built by someone who has been on both sides of the counter — as a seller, a driver, and a warehouse operator.
