About Easyadd

Easyadd is a trusted e-commerce 3PL operator since 2020. From that experience we’ve built a regional, same-day, white-glove supply service for businesses in North Somerset & Sedgemoor—so you get essentials delivered inside your premises, not left at the door.


Service Area

We currently deliver to businesses across North Somerset & Sedgemoor.
Eligible postcodes include (but aren’t limited to): BS20,BS21,BS22, BS23, BS24, BS25,BS26,BS27,BS28,BS29,BS48,BS49, TA6, TA7, TA8.

Cut-Off Times & Delivery Days

  • Same-Day Delivery for orders placed before 12:00 noon (Mon–Fri).

  • Orders placed after 12:00 noon on Friday will be delivered on Monday.

  • No regular deliveries on weekends or bank holidays.

White-glove placement: We carry your order inside (office, kitchen, toilet, storeroom, warehouse aisle, event site) and stack neatly where you need it.


Delivery Fees & Minimums

  • Free Delivery on orders over £50 (ex VAT).

  • £12 delivery fee (ex VAT) on orders under £50 (ex VAT).

  • Prices shown on the site are ex VAT; VAT (20%) is added at checkout.


Access & White-Glove Limits

To keep deliveries safe and efficient:

  • Ensure clear access (parking/loading, lifts/steps disclosure) and a person on site to receive.

  • We’ll place goods to your room/area of choice within reasonable distance of the entrance.

  • Extremely heavy/bulky loads, unusual access (e.g., multiple flights of stairs), or long carries may require additional time, assistance, or a surcharge (we’ll confirm before delivery).

  • We can remove outer packaging if requested; we don’t remove general waste.


If We Can’t Complete Same-Day

We aim for same-day every time, but we may need to adjust or cancel in exceptional circumstances beyond our control (severe weather, supplier shortages, traffic incidents, access restrictions). If that happens, we’ll contact you promptly to reschedule or refund.


Payments

  • Online card (Visa/Mastercard/Amex, Apple Pay/Google Pay/Klarna)

  • PayPal 

  • Cash on Delivery (COD) – available for local deliveries; for larger orders we may request card payment in advance.

  • VAT invoices provided for every order.


Order Changes & Cancellations

  • Before fulfilment/collection: we’ll try to accommodate changes or cancellations—please contact us ASAP.

  • After fulfilment/while en route: changes may not be possible; a redelivery or restocking fee may apply if no one can receive the goods.


Shortages, Damages & Returns (B2B)

  • Please check deliveries on arrival.

  • Report shortages/damages within 24 hours with photos and your order number; we’ll replace or credit promptly.

  • For hygiene/food-adjacent products (drinks, sanitary goods), returns are accepted only if unopened, in saleable condition, and agreed in advance; a restocking fee may apply.

  • Change-of-mind returns are at our discretion. This is a B2B service; consumer distance-selling rules don’t apply.


Substitutions & Out-of-Stock

If a listed product is temporarily unavailable, we may offer a like-for-like substitute (same brand/size where possible) or propose a near equivalent for your approval. If neither suits, we’ll remove the item and refund.


Post-Delivery Proof

For security and traceability, our drivers may capture a photo and/or signature on delivery as Proof of Delivery (POD).


Taxes & Invoicing

  • All site prices are exclusive of VAT; VAT (20%) is calculated at checkout.

  • Your invoice will show net, VAT, and gross totals.

  • If you need a purchase order number or specific references shown on invoice, add them in Order notes at checkout.


Force Majeure

We aren’t liable for delays or non-performance caused by events beyond our reasonable control (including but not limited to extreme weather, road closures, accidents, supplier failure, strikes, or utility outages). We’ll communicate promptly and reschedule where possible.
